Except as provided herein, S*Quarterbacks will not sell to any third  party your name, address, e-mail address, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations, or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

S*Quarterbacks reserves the right to change services, or modify terms and conditions by notifying you.

These terms and agreement supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.
